Job Title: Warehouse Administrator

Job Description

Your tasks and responsibilities

·  Allocating orders for each work area based on standard schedule or current demand

·  Allocating Inbound Delivery Bookings within the WMS

·  Developing and maintaining process documentation

·  Completion of all User Acceptance Testing for the implementation and on-going development of the Ciel-FW WMS

·  Monitoring activity and volumes between internal and external systems

·  Ensure issue logging process is adhered to through to issue resolution

·  Development and ongoing ownership of operational spreadsheets / reports as required to ensure the integrity of KPI data

·  Provide support and information for regular customer and supplier reviews

·  Support the flow of information and feedback for all business and customer updates and initiatives

·  Undertake training as identified in departmental training plan

·  Provide technical support, advice and coaching to operatives and Team Leaders as required

·  Undertake special projects, provide statistics and reports as required

·  Undertake any other duties that may be assigned

·  Complete the daily MHE safety checks (where applicable) and ensure that MHE is being used in accordance with training and Health & Safety legislation

·  To comply with all Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety requirements in line with ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001 regulations.

Your skills and experience

·  Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office applications

·  Detailed knowledge of Ciel-FW system (preferable)

·  Good knowledge of creating and interrogating spreadsheets

·  Ability of interpreting data

·  Experience of working within an FMCG and parcel environment

·  Managing costs against a budget

·  Development and understanding of processes
·  Health & Safety legislation
