Your Role

Kuehne + Nagel attaches great importance to high-quality services and high customer satisfaction. For this reason, we are in constant contact with our customers and try to make our web-based applications as user-friendly as possible. As UX/UI Designer you will support our UX/UI team in the UX conception, the UI and the further development of our web applications. As an interface between online product management, IT and our clients, you will ensure a convincing design and optimal usability.

Your Responsibilities

·  Creation of UX/UI concepts and maintenance of the UI Library in coordination with the UX lead
·  Development of innovative UX concepts and User interfaces with mockup and prototype techniques for new and existing products and services as well as ensure a consistent user experience for all customer-centric online solutions in all business areas
·  Analyze the requirements from the user's perspective and optimize usability experience
·  Support the construction, the continuous development and maintenance of the design system
·  Prepare and conduct user studies as well as customer interviews and usability tests

Your Skills and Experiences

·  Completed degree or equivalent qualification in interaction design, user interface design or communication design
·  Over 2 years of experience in UX / UI Design
·  Experience in maintaining UI libraries and design systems
·  Analytical skills and work structured and systematic
·  Team player with good communication skills and with good english skills (written / spoken)
·  Good knowledge about Sketch, InVision, Figma and similar tools
·  Good sense of design language and –principles
