Your Role

Your Responsibilities

·  Defining, aligning and coordinating UX concepts and UI designs in coordination with the UX lead
·  Development of innovative UX concepts and Userinterfaces for new and existing products and services as well as ensure a consistent user experience for all customer-centric online solutions in all business areas
·  Analyze the requirements from the user's perspective and optimize usability experience
·  Consult the Stakeholder in all BUs to focus on user centric developments
·  Support the construction, the continuous development and maintenance of the design system
·  Visualize ideas using wireframe, mockup or prototype techniques
·  Ideation and conception of user-centered use cases, as well as design of user journeys / scenarios / procedures
·  Prepare and conduct user studies as well as customer interviews and usability tests

Your Skills and Experiences

·  Completed degree or equivalent qualification in interaction design, user interface design or communication design
·  Over 2 years experience in UX / UI Design from corporate or agency side as well as Knowledge of common and new web based technologies and processes
·  Analytical skills and work structured and systematic
·  Team player with very good communication skills and with good english skills (written / spoken)
·  Knowledge about the Common UX & design tools: InVision Studio, Adobe CC, Sketch or similar tools
·  Good sense of design language and –principles
