Transport Maintenance Administrator

Job description
We have a great opportunity for an Administrator to join our team based at Milton Keynes, on our prestigious Waitrose contract covering both Magna Park and Brinklow.
Your Role
Our Waitrose contract is a dynamic, fast paced environment providing high level contract logistics customer solutions. The successful candidate provide an admin support function towards legal compliance, vehicle maintenance regulations, road traffic collision repair cost , and producing reports as requested by Transport Management & customer.
Your Responsibilities
· Overall accountability and responsibility for Fleet maintenance Administration
· Raising purchase orders and producing management reports
· Vehicle technician– licences / holiday management
· Stock management
· Collating and inputting workshop job cards onto the workshop system
· Vehicle record filing, road traffic collision cost reporting & admin
· Follow company operational policies and procedures; adhere to Health and Safety requirements at all times.
Your Skills and Experiences
· Proven basic maths & English skills, GCSE grade C or above or “A” level educated.
· Working within a transport environment with admin experience
· Understanding of EU maintenance regulations
· Customer focus / team player
· Extensive knowledge of MS office, Word and Excel
· Self- motivated & able to work with minimal or no supervision
· Ability to prioritise and multitask.
