We are currently seeking to recruit a Transport Administrator to join the KNDL Transport Team. Working in a busy area, this role demands a strong knowledge of Operational Transport Logistics, a good telephone manner, the ability to work effectively within strict time constraints in a demanding environment, a considered and proactive approach to providing quality customer
services.

·  Responsible for consistent excellence in first point of contact communication with customer
·  Ability to investigate the HUK Query Management system to resolve customer queries
·  Allocating driver resource against daily/weekly resource plans
·  Resolve fleet issues to ensure road worthiness and legal compliance
·  Manage duty paperwork on a daily basis to ensure completion of task
·  KPI Reporting daily/weekly/monthly on health & safety including accidents


Your skills and experience

·  Excellent organisational skills and strong interpersonal skills
·  Good knowledge of administration tasks – transport and warehouse preferred
·  A good level of written and oral communication at various levels
·  Excellent customer and service focus on the phone and face to faceGreat team work
·  Strong PC Skills: Excel, Word, SAP & LES
·  Transport knowledge would be preferred
