We are looking for Transport Admin for KN Drinks Logistics. We are looking for the right person who has system knowledge and experience in telephone communication and admin tasks.
What we're looking for
This role is part of our primary operation providing a premium quality service to our customers. Reporting to the Transport Support Managers, the successful applicants will be required to work Mon – Fri on the AM shift.
What you'll do:
·
Clear communications to drivers and customers (both telephone and e-mail)
·
Use of systems to report data, driver brief / de-briefs, manage drivers infringements and manage drivers hours
·
Microsoft word / Excel experience is essential
·
Excellent organisational skills and customer focused
·
Provide the customer service team with Positive confirmation
·
Update all KPI spreadsheets
·
Engage in KNPS continuous Improvement
·
Update SMART with drivers start times and clear any errors
What you'll bring:
·
Driver communication / phone calls and logging accurate information
·
KPI reporting – Accurate data and reports
·
Driver de-brief – System updates
·
Supporting the TSM to run the shift efficiently
