Job description

Sourcing officer for Germany will be responsible for providing support in all HR-related processes for this country. They will communicate directly with Germany (HR department, as well as hiring managers) and assist them in recruitment and administration tasks.

Your tasks and responsibilities

·  Publishing job adds on internal and external job boards
·  Communicate directly with HR stuff in order to resolve all doubts
·  CV search via job boards & LinkedIn
·  Provide support regarding various administration tasks (ex. Application management)
·  Properly respond to all applications by mail/telephone
·  Scheduling live interviews with candidates and local HR

Your skills and experience

·  Starter or 0-3 years of experience
·  Preferable Bachelor degree: Human Resources Management/Public relations/Communication/Journalism/Languages
·  Fluency in English and German is a must
·  Interested in working in a dynamic and proactive team
