Job description

We are looking for Searcher to join our Sourcing/Recruitment Team within Shared Service Centre in Belgrade-Ugrinovci.

Your tasks and responsibilities

·  First selection of candidates (CV screening & shortlisting)
·  Telephone screening of candidates in English
·  Scheduling candidates' interviews with HR team & hiring managers
·  Social Media Marketing (with focus on LinkedIn)
·  HR administration on various internal platforms
·  Covering ad hoc requests

Your skills and experience

·  Starter or 0-3 years of experience – be part of a “new online generation”
·  Bachelor degree – preferred in a field of Communications/Marketing/Journalism
·  Fluency in English is a must (both written and spoken)
·  Interest & ability to work with all social media focusing on LinkedIn
·  Extrovert personality and strong online networking skills
·  Strong initiative and ability to work independently
·  Creative mindset & willingness to implement new ideas within the field
·  Proficiency in MS Office
