Job description
The Customs Clearance Clerk is responsible for the preparation of all Customs clearance documents and the arrangement of delivery and collection trucks. The Customs Clearance Clerk will also be responsible for the calculation of customs clearance costs and liaison with the customer for all customs clearance related matters.
Your tasks and responsibilities
· Preparation of customs documents
· Delivery and pick-up truck arrangement.
· Selling and buying cost calculation
· Daily contact with client by e-mail or telephone
Your skills and experience
· Good command in Japanese and English(written & spoken)
· Skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and FileMaker
· Good knowledge of Sea Naccs
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
· Flexibility.
