Sea Logistics Training Specialist

Job description

Our massive seafreight teams operate like a well-oiled machine despite having to work with multiple parties and in different locations. This is possible due to having a strong process and system in place. If you are process-oriented and have a penchant for technical training, this job is made for you.

Your Role

In this role, you will support the root cause analysis of system and process failures in order to prescribe the appropriate solutions. You will prepare localized training materials and ensure all employees receive the required training.

Your Responsibilities

·  Provide new user training on operational systems per corporate and regional guidelines
·  Ensure training activities are properly recorded in the training system
·  Conduct or administer business field related trainings and develop training materials when necessary
·  Ensure trainings are evaluated per corporate and regional requirements

Your Skills and Experiences

Ideally, you are well-versed in the development and presentation of technical training materials. You are a natural with IT systems and have a knack for process improvement. You will be required to travel and take part in international workshops and conference calls.
