Your RoleIn this role, you will work with a team to service a dedicated portfolio of customers, ensuring all data entry and financial management tasks are timely and accurate.
• Accept import bookings and complete all system entry requirements timely and accurately
• Ensure all tasks are completed according to SOP and KPIs
• Liaise with all parties to ensure unloading and import clearance tasks are completed on time
• Deliver the highest levels of customer experience with focus on service and retention
Your Skills and Experiences
To be considered, you should have a good understanding of import procedures and freight forwarding knowledge. You have good telephone skills and a customer-focused mindset.
