Your RoleProvide the highest level of customer service at all times and ensure quick and correct resolutions of customer issues/complaints. Liaise with customer to ensure that all forwarding tasks are completed and customer standard operating procedures and key performance indicators are met at all times.
- Follow appropriate Reefer working instructions for all Reefer shipments
- Book shipments to the selected Reefer carrier Standard and complete all system entry requirements accurately and on time including all financial administration tasks including correct and timely profit share with overseas station
- To liaise with stakeholders to ensure loading and export clearance tasks are completed correctly and timely
- Ensure ongoing and consistent customer satisfaction through effective and efficient responses to customer enquirers, issues, problems
- Take appropriate corrective action and/or notify relevant person and office to prevent customer complaints
- To ensure correct data quality within internal systems at all times
Your Skills and Experiences
• Knowledge for Reefer products and Reefer container handling
• Demonstrate a customer focus mindset in everything that they do on daily basis
• Be able to handle Reefer related tasks and meet deadlines
• Have experience in multi-national environment if possible
