Your Role

For our Genoa plant, we are hiring Sea Logistics Operational Care Expert who will be responsible for coordinating transport activities.

Your Responsibilities

·  Creating/completing shipment details in our internal data management system (Carrier/ Vessel, Item description, etc) 
·  Coordinating with customer care, haulers and carriers 
·  Creating files for consolidation container  (Master / Single)  
·  Reviewing and insuring alignment of shipping instructions including to clarify any deviations/conflicts taking country regulations,  compliance and rate and routing information into consideration 
·  Ensuring profit maximization 
·  Immediately reporting problems, operation disputes or discrepancies to the direct report.
·  Monitoring operational performance of carriers and other vendors and escalate / create awareness if performance and commitments are not being delivered  - Initiate and resolve any rate discrepancies 
·  Working with Customer Care on account implementation, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to operations
·  Supporting the Customer Care team in resolving complaints 

Your Skills and Experiences

·  2 years of experience in the same role
·  Working background in forwarding/logistics
·  Fluency in English
·  Customer Satisfaction oriented profile
