Job description

To coordinate sales related planning and controlling, ensuring the success of strategy implementation, focused on efficiency / effectiveness improvement and result development. To support and advise sales management in sales finance matters such as performance, growth and Return on Investment (ROI). To assist sales management to align local actions towards corporate sales / business unit (BU) goals.

Your Role

To coordinate sales related planning and controlling, ensuring the success of strategy implementation, focused on efficiency / effectiveness improvement and result development. To support and advise sales management in sales finance matters such as performance, growth and Return on Investment (ROI). To assist sales management to align local actions towards corporate sales / business unit (BU) goals.

Your Responsibilities

·  To forecast, control, monitor and report on Sales Performance related data within our systems focusing on Customer Profitability, Turnover, Volumes, Sales Cost, cost allocation, etc
·  To support sales management with strategy shaping, implementation, measurement and development.
·  To support management in the coordination + control of the sales cycles (target setting, business planning, controlling and continuous improvement) & processes (execution).
·  To coordinate training for sales managers regarding sales performance and ensure system / reporting usage via systematic review.
·  To promote / enforce the concepts / guidelines related to sales, admin, and finance audit.
·  To monitor and act to ensure data quality and compliance on sales related processes / systems.
·  To test, validate + propose ideas for future improvement of definitions, concepts, processes, systems and reports relevant for sales.
·  To act as the super user for all related internal systems.

Your Skills and Experiences

·  Minimum graduate from a recognized university
·  The position requires the candidate to be analytical and skillful using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
·  Financial + Commercial Acumen
