Your RoleThe Returns Clerk coordinates returns clerk activities with warehouse management and distribution center.
Your Responsibilities•Responsible for supporting and meeting KN and/or customer KPIs within sphere of responsibility.
•Awareness of and adherence to QSHE programs.
•Opens packages with merchandise that have been returned and views item, verifying item returned match item on return paperwork. If no paperwork is found, research information in WMS (Manhattan).
•Inspects items for damages and makes determination if the product can be placed back into inventory.
•Processes returns in WM system by entering applicable information including item number; quantity and reason code.
•Places identification labels on the customer packing list.
•Separates returned items into damaged goods or inventory restock.
•Adheres to all safety procedures while performing job duties.
•Meets or exceeds performance and productivity goals.
•Maintain housekeeping to the work standard.
•Ability to meet attendance requirements and work overtime as required achieving customer metrics.
•The ability to interact effectively and professionally with coworkers.
•Participate in KN Care
•Will perform other job tasks, as assigned.
Your Skills and Experiences•EDUCATION – HS Diploma or GED
•LANGUAGE - English fluency (reading, writing, communication)
•WMS Knowledge – Manhattan & SAP preferred
•Strong work ethic and team player.
•Ability to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks with minimal supervision
•High degree of professionalism. Ability to communicate with various levels of the organization. Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills.
•Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide)
•Basic computer knowledge (typing, ability to use a mouse, basic computer navigation, etc.)
•Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
