Job description
· Our Graduate Scheme is a two year development programme offering talented individuals the opportunity to build valuable operational and commercial skills in a fast-moving global logistics environment. Each year we typically offer programmes in Contract Logistics, International Freight Forwarding (Airfreight, Seafreight, Overland), Integrated Logistics and our corporate functions (Finance, IT, HR, Sales and Quality Assurance).
· Each programme consists of a rotation of business placements to ensure breadth & depth of experience. The business placements are complemented by a dedicated development programme providing workshops and business projects that you complete as part of the graduate group. Graduates are also part of our trainee community hub, and have support from mentors, line managers and graduate buddies across the business. If you're ambitious, commercially-driven and eager to show what you can do, this is a great way to launch your career in logistics.
· Recruitment takes place a year ahead of start date so adverts go live in the autumn of each year to recruit for the graduates for the following September. Further details on our programmes and any current live vacancies can be found at https://kngraduates.co.uk

Application
· Applicants to the graduate programme must have achieved (or be expected to achieve) a 2:2 or higher in their degree, plus have already obtained five GCSEs Grade A-C (including English & Maths) or equivalent.
· Applicants must be geographically mobile and able to relocate for placements during the two year programme.
· A full UK driving license and access to transport is also essential, although this can be obtained nearer the time if you don't already have a license or transport.
