Your Role

The Regional Training Manager will play a key role in driving the assessment of future and current training needs in relation to KNDL and the invest & Grow programme with its new technology offering. The focus will be on the the successful delivery of a technical blended learning solution to manage efficiencies across KNDL multiple sites in the UK increasing employee usage and adoption.

Your Responsibilities

·  Supporting the development of a change and training needs analysis impact in conjunction with the Training manager which will apply to multiple departments, processes and systems
·  Ensuring strategic alignment of the training function with the Training Manager and with business goals
·  Evaluating and feeding back current business performance to ensure new training is meeting new business needs and improving performance
·  Consult with stakeholders, project team, work stream leaders and IT solutions to ensure full breadth of understanding of technical requirements (IBP, SD, MM, FICO and EWM, along with use of a portal)within the training team
·  Support the Training Manager in cascading consistent communication messages to promote stakeholder engagement to help mitigate resistance to change.
·  Lead and support the development and delivery of a phased range of training solutions that meet business need which is suited to the audience such as e-learning, classroom, course outlines, quick reference guides, training scripts etc.
·  Work with  both internal employees and training super users to develop and deliver ‘SAP Train the Trainer’ training  to handover to business key users on site
·  Work with the Training Manager and internal POD team to align training provision to standard K+N processes for tracking joining and completion

Your Skills and Experiences

·  Ensuring strategic alignment of the technical training provision  with business goals across regions
·  A good understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
·  Evaluating performance to ensure training is meeting business needs and improving performance
·  Identifying training needs by consulting with stakeholders and using needs assessments
·  Developing and delivering training solutions that meet business needs  and works for the end user
·  Optimizing training processes for efficiency
·  Working with operational trainers and internal employees and training suppliers to deliver training
·  Managing the technologies and technical personnel required to deliver training
