Your Role

Our International Supply Chain (ISC) division partners with our customers on their supply chain roadmap and provides exceptional end-to-end purchase order management services. You will manage customer relationships and drive operational excellence with the use of data analysis, process mapping and supply chain expertise.

Your Responsibilities

·  Act as a supply chain consultant for key customers by actively identifying room for improvement in their supply chain operations and conducting regular review
·  Create and implement complex value-added solutions and projects with the use of data and logistics expertise
·  Identify root causes for issues, prepare and follow through improvement plans
·  Monitor and improve the performance of our origins and suppliers to ensure the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met
·  Ensure data accuracy and error-free arrangement on shipment

Your Skills and Experiences

To be considered, you should have at least 2 years of experience in key account management.  You should possess excellent data analysis, influencing and customer management capabilities.  Excellent communication skills and business acumen will also help you succeed in this role.
