Your RoleThis position is critical for ensuring we provide the highest levels of operational support to our customers. You will work towards process improvements with a focus on operational excellence.
- Lead in business and performance reviews (KPI) with customers and commercial lead.
- Manage and ensure compliance of key deliverables (KPI) with committed service levels.
- Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at regional level and ensure country adherence.
- Identify root cause and the necessary corrective action, and follow through the execution until problem resolution.
- Participate in and organise regular performance review meetings with customers to conduct continuous improvement initiatives or innovation solutions.
- Monitor operational and administrative processes such as rates administration, quote management, invoicing and claims handling.
