Join us as a key player in a digitization initiative and take responsibility for the design, successful implementation and strategic development of our new instant communication solutions.

Your Role

To complete our myKN solution portfolio we are about to introduce a new Instant Communication platform for Messaging & Virtual Meetings. As a Product Owner (m/f/d) Instant Communication Solutions you will create the future communication channels for Kuehne + Nagel employees and customers and will introduce related new technologies like bots, AI … to create a great communications experience!

Your Responsibilities

·  Develop a strategy for future instant communication solutions to enable our people and customers to new ways of working
·  Strive for a holistic product view and understanding of its business impact: identify challenges within the business and collect user feedback in order to shape innovative ideas that create business value
·  Implement solutions and new features through in-house development and partnerships
·  Proactive consulting for our business and functional units to enable high utilization of the solutions
·  Close collaboration with other product owners a seamless experience for internal and external users
·  Hands-on engagement in other myKN projects to drive a holistic approach for new ways of working
·  Monitor market requirements, competitor strategies and technology trends for developing, maintaining and articulating an overall product strategy
·  Design a training and support strategy to successfully implement and maintain our new instant communication solutions

Your Skills and Experiences

·  Passion for technology trends, digitalization, collaboration and new ways of working
·  At least an undergraduate degree in management, IT, HR, Communications or a related field is required or equivalent work experience
·  Experience in a related areas preferably as product owner or project manager
·  Experience in working within agile product development environments and change management in the context of digitalization/ IT projects
·  Drive to take leadership and ability to build strong collaborative relationships across multiple groups and levels
·  Good sales skills to promote solutions towards the business
·  Process oriented thinking and analytical capability combined with proactive hands-on mentality and high commitment
·  Motivation to work in an international environment where fluent business English is a prerequisite, other languages are a plus
