Product Owner (m/f/d) Customer Integration Tracking

Join us as a key player in a digitization initiative and take responsibility for the design, successful implementation and strategic development of our Customer Integration Tracking.

Your Role

Transform the work with highly technical processes into a business driven environment. Understand the work of your users, the resulting problems and solve them in a goal-oriented manner. Lead a team of self-organized developers at eye level by making users, business processes and problems transparent to them. As Product Owner you are responsible for your product. You design it on your own responsibility, from the problem to product marketing.

Your Responsibilities

·  Actively discover user problems through interviews and collaboration at the operational level.
·  Understand problems, prioritize them and find solutions to solve the most important ones.
·  Build a network of users and stakeholders to receive continuous feedback on your understanding of the problems, ideas and solutions.
·  Align with your development team consistently by making users, their work and their problems transparent.
·  Enable your development team to work in a self-organized way by not  providing technical solutions.
·  Work with your team on big visions by proceeding in small steps and using fast and continuous feedback to make sure you are on the right track.
·  Measure the success of your team's work based on its outcome.

Your Skills and Experiences

·  Multiple years of experience  with agile product development as product owner, product lead or product manager.
·  Previous experience in coordinating self-organized development teams.
·  Experience with product discoveries.
·  Practice in conducting user interviews and writing lean functional stories.
·  Familiarity with enabling fast incremental software development.
·  Good knowledge regarding lean approaches such as Design Sprint, User Story Mapping, Lean Kanban.
