What we're looking for
Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager within the Carrier Management team, the successful candidate will be based within the Carrier Management Team. Carrier Management are experiencing significant growth and as a result this role has been recently created to support the pricing, setup and administration of new customers within the Carrier Management pipeline.
Working very closely with the Carrier Manager, Business Development team and Clients this role will be responsible for the collation and analysis of client data, selection of carrier solutions to compliment the customer's requirements, preparation of rate cards and the setup and alignment of carrier accounts. This role will also support the carrier service team with the handover of new clients.
What you'll do:

Support Kuehne + Nagel business development with carrier solutions and rate preparation.
·
Collation and analysis of customer data to identify required solutions.
·
Interaction with customers to identify specific service requirements. Creation of customer files, rate cards and service agreements.
·
Preparation of rate cards, tender response documents and presentations.
·
Creation and setup of Carrier accounts, work closely with Carriers for solutions, pricing and scheduling.
·
Management of the Carrier Management new business mailbox and administration of the Carrier Management new business pipeline.
·
Liaising with Carrier Service Manager to ensure invoicing requirements are updated.
·
Working closely with MetaPack project team for the setup and testing of new customers
What you'll bring:

Excellent administration skills, to include a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
·
Professional telephone manner, with the ability to converse with colleagues and customers at all levels within the organisation.
·
Previous experience in a customer facing environment within the last two years.
·
Ability to use MS Excel, MS Power point and Outlook to an intermediate level
·
Well organised and able to work to strict deadlines.
·
Ability to maintain confidentially
·
Experience of working with the MetaPack Delivery Manager solution is an advantage, but not a requirement.
