You will be part of our Customer Solutions team, adding your expertise + leadership skills to the delivery of customer + operational excellence.
Your Role
Your primary objective will be to consult, deliver + support the adoption of digital solutions Sea, Air + Road Logistics customers. You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on following key objectives.Your Responsibilities
- To provide consultations on digital solutions for customers.
- To plan, prepare + conduct training sessions for sales colleagues on our digital solutions.
- To implement customer projects in accordance with our Global Customer Implementation Methodology
(GCIM) + + aligned with customer solutions role. - To drive the adoption of digital solutions internally + externally for business retention + growth.
- To collaborate with internal operational teams in championing the adoption of digital solutions.
- To support the improvement + development of digital solutions through active engagement in user testing
+ customer demand identification.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Your strong communication, project management skills
+ knowledge of the digital solutions landscape, along
with your drive to deliver results, customer +
