Your tasks and responsibilities
· Junior IT product owner and agile coaching role with a focus on fulfilling the role in specific software development projects, as well as supporting and educating relevant business and functional colleagues
· Matching requirements and priorities with the customer and maintaining the product backlog
· Translation of business requirements into clear user stories as well as refinement and estimation of stories with a dedicated and specialised development team
· Iteration planning with the representatives of the respective customers
· Implementation of project initiation and coordination of technical solution design as well as internal resources and external solution providers for successful project implementation
· Regular communication and active networking with all stakeholders as well as the coordination of their expectations
· Operational requirements analysis for agile and classical project approaches
· Further development of methods and training of internal teams as well as customers in agile project approaches and corresponding roles
You should bring this qualification
· A degree in Economics & Informatics with some working experience in a relevant role (e.g. as a working student, trainee or junior)
· Communication talent across cultures with the ability to influence stakeholders, as well as strong organisational skills and assertiveness
· Fluency in both written and spoken German and English in the professional context
· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to analyse clarify and explain different viewpoints
· Willingness to travel around 20% of the time.
