IT Supporter

Your tasks and responsibilities

·  Provide first contact technical assistance for customer issues relating to services, applications and hardware
·  Ensure the availability of all local infrastructure components including networks and servers
·  Install, support and maintain software and hardware
·  Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily

Your skills and experience

·  IT Background (e.g. apprenticeship as computer scientist)
·  Fluent in English and German (written & spoken)
·  Proficient in the use of MS Office packages, especially MS Outlook 2010/2013
·  MS Operating Systems, especially Windows 7 and Windows 10
·  Knowledge of Microsoft Server Systems. Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2012 R2
·  Solid knowledge about peripheral devices such as printers and smartphones
·  Experience with LAN technologies is an advantage
·  Proven social skills, customer focused, proactive hands on approach
·  Flexibility in working hours required especially in VIP and on call duty
