Your Role

IT support at Kuehne + Nagel is more than just a solution to technical problems. Your support is essential for our colleagues to be able to work trouble-free and is therefore an essential part of our overall success. Your Responsibilities

•Provide IT support in the scope of problem solving, solution finding and technical support
•Ordering and installing new hire equipment such as; laptop, phone and displays.
•Creating/Disabling user accounts in various Warehouse Management Systems
•Submitting IT ticket requests including but not limited to; ordering new hire equipment, password resets, system access, etc.
•PC, Laptop, Phone, and Printer hardware and software support.
•Track and maintain inventory of IT equipment in the building.
•Will work with corporate IT to resolve complex issues.
•Perform other job task as needed.

Your Skills and Experiences

•High school diploma or GED required. Associate’s degree preferred.
•Strong IT skills
•Ideal candidate will have prior experience in warehouse environment.
•Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Products. 
• Strong interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with various levels of the organization.
• Decision-making, problem-solving, detail-oriented, and analytical skills.
• Must be able to grasp new information quickly and possess strong initiative skills. 
• Fluent in English
