Your Role

For our Verona plant, we are looking for an IT Support for the Road Logistics department.

Your Responsibilities

·  Establish efficient operational and back-office processes based on defined IT tools with department managers
·  First level support contact for operational teams
·  Train and support operations to become best in class using available tools
·  Update tariffs for; Italian CoDi suppliers + partner CoDi/linehaul leg2 in KN Road
·  Create reports from KN Road e.g. 51/52 or network e.g. IOD/ePOD to be used by management and operations
·  Control and support the FSL process for groupage, LTL, FTL, Pharma and Expo & Event
·  Responsible for, or part of, development/projects to drive customer satisfaction and internal efficiency

Your Skills and Experiences

·  0-2 years’ experience in the field of IT
·  Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
·  Knowledge of AS400 system, SAP, EDI
·  Great communication skills
