Job description

Responsible for managing of Inventory team for running smoothly process cycle count 24 hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities

·  Control overall stock system control 100% of Raw Material and Finished Good inventory control
·  To understand and follow individual customer requirements adhere to the Kuehne + Nagel Quality Management System
·  To ensure correspondence regarding customer service is efficiently process to customer expectations.
·  To have all relevant customers informed accurately and adequately of up to date cargo inventory status.
·  To handle all complaints efficiently and satisfactorily with clear concise
·  Support Operation for transection analysis when got consequence of physical didn't found in location for final decision to step forward
·  Coordinate with Operation team Raw Material controller to reconcile physical stock amount for raw material supply to plants warehouse by daily basis.
·  Prepare Aging report by monthly basis of WMS system including prepare daily receiving report then Audit for Inbound and put away process accuracy
·  Monitoring receiving & issuing process by FIFO system, update transection of each raw material and finished good type in CIEL system and keep document
·  Performs cycle count of raw material and finished good inventory. In case of finding stock variance, she must raise issue to reconcile and coordinate to operation department for brainstorming for recheck transection goods 100% of Raw material and finished good both system and physical stock on hand.
·  Set up flow of stock take yearly and reconcile process due customer requirement
·  Prepare for Location utilization report by daily and consolidate by monthly submit to Operation manager
·  Maintain good housekeeping practices in all warehouse controlled areas.
·  Supervising and monitoring all subordinates under supervision to perform work process and behave according to company's role, regulation and disciplinary

Your skills and experience

·  Thai Nationality
·  Bachelor Degree in Logistics Management or related field.
·  At least 2-5 years’ experience in Logistics, Transportation and Automotive industry
·  Good understand in Inventory stock control system
·  Knowledge in Service provider 3 PL and very well organized, analytical
·  Ability to handle pressure and problem solving to be good supervise
