Your tasks and responsibilities

·  To be responsible for organizing and managing shipment orders in accordance with given requirements and to minimize issues along the supply chain.
·  To act as central contact between our customers, all operational departments within the Kuehne + Nagel organization and the suppliers.
·  Planning of all shipments according to customer requirements in the transport management system
·  Handling of all customer requests in a professional & timely manner
·  Ensuring customer KPI are delivered as per requirement

Your skills and experience

·  Diploma in Supply Chain Management/Business or equivalent.
·  Minimum 2 years' experience in Seafreight/Freight Forwarding.
