Import Operations Coordinator

What we’re looking for:
We are currently recruiting for an Import Operations Co-ordinator at one of our busy sea freight import sites in Dartford who will be responsible for assisting and advising customers of Arrivals, processing clearance and delivery to customers
What you’ll do:
·
Responsible for co-ordinating all seafreight bookings/imports with the agreed procedures
·
Preparing files ready for entry and providing all details to enable the job to be completed
·
High standard of support is given to the operations team
·
Ensure issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently to reduce any issues or impact on the division
·
Liaising with internal and external customers as well as having responsibility for liaising with new customers and building relationships
What you’ll bring:
·
Previous experience in a similar role ideally in the seafreight environment
·
Knowledge of Import Entry procedures
·
Excellent communication and customer service skills
·
Ability to be very profit conscious
·
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
·
Excellent communication skills
·
Sound Educational background
