Your tasks and responsibilities

·  Rotate job in each accounting function for 18 months.
·  Rotate job in regional finance team for another 18 months.
·  Learn knowledge and skills for competency development to be professional.
·  Take challenging projects or tasks guided by mentor to demonstrate professional potential of further development.
·  Identify strength and development space for future positions.

Your skills and experience

To be successful in this position, you are self-disciplined and self-motivated, highly mobile and dynamic. You are down to earth, and willing to work in finance function for long time.

You are smart to learn job knowledge within limited time and perform the job independently with good quality.
