Job Title: Field Services Engineer

The primary function of this role is to manage and support all IT Services and infrastructures across multiple sites in a diverse geographical location.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities
· Provide technical support and guidance on all supported systems.
· Ensure that systems availability is maintained in accordance with established service levels.
· Play an active role in supporting team members and colleagues.
· Engage in full with all of the ITIL Service Improvement Processes and procedures ongoing in the region.
· Liaise with Technical Project Teams with a view to ensuring that systems are deployed and implemented on time and in accordance with requirements.
· Assist with the integration, migration and merging of disparate systems.
· Liaise with hardware/software vendors with a view to resolving third-party systems issues.
Your Skills and Experience
· Strong communication skills at all levels.
· Ability to troubleshoot and resolve all IT issues.
· Ability to be discreet with sensitive information.
· Accuracy and attention to detail is paramount.
· Ability to work with minimum supervision.
· Team player willing to cooperate on all issues.
· Ability to state one's case and articulate viewpoints.
· Ability to seek ways to improve and add value.
