Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines while working in a fun, sociable team? We have a rare opportunity for an experienced and hardworking export agent to manage the whole export process.

Your tasks and responsibilities

You will be responsible for handling export bookings and processing documentation in a timely and efficient manner, export tracking, customer service and invoicing. You will have direct dealings with customers, airlines, sub-contractors and other internal departments. There is a lot on the go so if you enjoy a fast paced environment with a variety of duties, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Your skills and experience

·  Ability to cope with pressure, hard work and fulfil deadlines outside ‘standard hours'
·  2+ years export airfreight experience within the NZ industry
·  Impeccable customer service skills
·  A Customs PIN is preferable but not essential
·  Demonstrated experience in Perishable airfreight is highly advantageous
