Excellence Manager (West Singapore)

Job description

Develop strong business relationship with selected key accounts by delivering operational excellence & identifying growth opportunities.

Your main responsibilities

·  Accountable for service performance & continuous improvement
·  Identify value creation & service development opportunities which cover the entire product range of KN (cross-selling)
·  Either directly drive sales cycle if no KAM appointed or support the KAM throughout the entire sales cycle
·  Manage and coordinate complex quotation processes as well as business implementation
·  Ensure retention of existing business through an active and collaborative approach with customer
·  Drive and deliver business development from idea creation to delivery
·  Be the escalation point for problem resolution and troubleshooting with assigned customers
·  Conduct regular and structured review sessions with assigned customers; introducing processes for innovation and continuous improvement (“whiteboard sessions”, customer satisfaction survey, sharing best practices & business cases etc.)
·  Collaborate with internal key stakeholders and experts to generate more value to the customer
·  Support customer retention through pro-active relationship management and focused problem resolution (jointly with operations).
·  Set up/arrange Reports (KPI) required by customer.
·  Prepare/handle Business Reviews (MBR, QBR, ABR) together with Stake Holders.
·  Acting as NKAM for non-sales owner.
Your skills and experience

·  Degree in Business/Supply Chain or equivalent.
·  At least 3 years' relevant working experience in Aerospace & Customer management in logistics.
·  Able to communicate and interact effectively with people from multi-functional and diverse backgrounds.
·  Well-developed negotiation and persuasive skills.
·  Able to solve critical issues in a fast-paced environment with time–sensitive deadlines.
·  Excellent written communication skills, ability to present internally and externally with customer focus
