You are responsible to handle daily airfreight export shipments and provide the best logistics solutions to fulfill clients' requirements. Also, you have to make sure customer standard operating procedures (SOP) and key performance indicators (KPI) are met at all times.
We are looking for highly motivated individual who has good communication skill.
Your tasks and responsibilities
· Handle airfreight shipments as per SOP and KPI
· Responsible for booking entry and order processing
· Coordinate with operations and sales teams on shipments and rates respectively
· Maintain effective communication with customers and overseas station to achieve service excellence
· Handle general inquiries from customers and prepare customer reports
Your skills and experience
To be considered, you should have a good understanding of freight forwarding knowledge. You have good problem solving and communication skills with customer-focused mindset.
