Apprentice Customer Service Assistant

Kuehne + Nagel conduct logistics services on behalf of the customer Whitbread, ensuring the safe delivery of chilled, frozen and ambient products to more than 2,500 Costa Coffee, Premier Inns and associated restaurant chain outlets throughout the UK. The Whitbread contract is predicted growth forecast of over 10% year on year. Our specialist team continue to grow, develop and deliver the customers' requirements on this demanding and dynamic contract.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Working in a busy call centre environment
• Handling calls regarding deliveries and orders from the estate
• Processing of orders within required timescales accurately
• Ensuring that information is communicated to our internal teams as required
• Ensuring that processes are completed within contractual deadlines

Your skills and experience

Basic numeracy and be fluent in the English language
• Preferred previous experience within a call centre environment
• Good communication skills
• Good computer skills (full systems training will be provided)
• Personal behaviour skill
