Credit Control Module Release Analyst

Your Role

In this role, you are responsible for managing credit limit excesses and will conduct daily credit control checks. You will also assist to improve the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the credit control function.

Your Responsibilities

·  Check on blocked items in the credit control module and complete releases as per financial guidelines
·  Run and complete analysis for the credit limit excess report and forecast report
·  Analyse delayed invoices and submit the report to Business Units for follow ups
·  Complete internal control system checks as per finance guideline.
·  Assist with the KPIs for credit section on a monthly basis
·  Complete audit reports as per requirements

Your Skills and Experiences

To be considered, you should have at least 1 year of experience in finance, with background in sea logistics an advantage. Besides proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, you are also fluent in Mandarin and comfortable in English. Attention to detail and a strong foundation in accounting principles are crucial to the success of this role.
