What we’re looking for:
Someone who will provide a first class professional delivery service whilst ensuring that customer satisfaction is the highest of priorities. Also, someone who will ensure that all products are delivered within temperature regime and agreed timescales. We thrive on the challenge of delivering exactly what our partner’s want,
What you’ll do:
· Multi drop deliveries to outlets in Scotland
· Driving a dual temperature controlled LGV vehicle
· Loading and unloading products and stock from LGV vehicle using pallet truck and sack barrow
· Complying with all relevant legislation and agreed procedures to ensure a safe and legal working environment and consistent quality standards
· Maintain and promote a positive image of Kuehne+Nagel Ltd with customers and other members of the public
What you’ll bring:
· Class C, licence with good standard of driving
· Experience of multi-drop multi-temperature food distribution
· Ability to be flexible due to hours of work and shift work
· Ability to demonstrate initiative, anticipate issues and escalate to Manager accordingly and ability to demonstrate drive and energy in order to carry out the role in a professional and timely manner
· Knowledge and experience of working with tachographs and adherence to relevant legislation
· Good understanding of daily run schedules
· Ability to demonstrate sensitivity, drive and energy to resolve customer issues also be an active and supportive team member
· Be confident in dealing with paperwork
