Continuous Improvement Engineer

Job description

Further hone your skills in continuous improvement by working on complex projects with our Contract Logistics division.

Your Role

This position is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of our proprietary production system, as well as train the team in its use and sustainability.

Your Responsibilities

·  To be responsible for the lean production system implementation for all sites.
·  To support lean opportunity reorganization, project setup and management at all sites.
·  To coordinate lean projects across the Cluster ensuring a link between Cluster and local requirements.
·  To support all sites lean production audit.
·  To support all sites to resolve their related lean production issues.

Your Skills and Experiences

Ideally, you should have minimum 2 years of experience in project management with a large international organization. Prior experience in process improvement is preferred, as is Six Sigma Black Belt qualifications. You are proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Visio, and possess strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
