Your Role

The Customer Solutions Reporting and EDI Team Member is part of the Center of Excellence (CoE) and reports functionally to the team leader CoE Business Intelligence and Integration. The role is cross functional across business fields Airfreight, Overland, and Sea freight and covers responsibility for Customer reporting and the technical implementation & re-engineering of EDI customers.

Your Responsibilities

·  Support Solution Implementation projects in line with the Global Customer Implementation Methodology (GCIM) by executing the Solution and / or Lead Implementation Manager Role (where appropriate)
·  Consult on Reporting Projects / Requirements throughout the sales cycle
·  Develop and product “Go to Market” Reporting functionality in order to ensure that B.I. Solutions are developed as per Customer and KN Requirements and as such will support KN in customer win & retention
·  B.I. Tableau & Report creation, working together with MEA Regional Office to create Regional standards based on National customer / vertical requirements
·  Act as Certified Customer Shipment & Customer Order Reporting Super user
·  Act as Certified myKN, CST, & KN Login Statistics and CST RT Reporting Super User
·  Act as Certified Customer Retention Reporting Super User
·  Customer Solutions Reporting UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

Your Skills and Experiences

·  You have an IT Degree
·  You have 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding and 3 years of experience in IT, as well as experience in Project Management
·  You have knowledge in EDI Integration and programming languages
·  You have good communication skills, problem solving skills
·  You are self motivated, deadline driven, comfortable to do presentations
·  You can work as part of the team but also can work on your own
·  You are customer focused
·  You are willing to travel
