What we're looking for
We are looking for an Operational Ciel Super user to support the Quick Start department to provide support in all the Ciel system.
What you'll do:
·
Developing and maintaining process documentation
·
Completion of all User Acceptance Testing for the implementation and on-going development of the Ciel-FW WMS. Ensure issue logging process is adhered to through to issue resolution
·
Undertake system training as identified in departmental training plan. Provide technical support, advice and coaching to operatives and Team Leaders as required. Undertake special projects; provide statistics and reports as required
·
Undertake any other duties that may be assigned. Operational system query and resolution
·
Identify areas of development and opportunities for improvement within the system. Control and manage reporting tools e.g. Business objects
·
Responsible for iBroker and the conversion tables and for all system stock management (BoM matrix etc.)
·
Recommend technical best practice and provide advice on efficient working practices. Action customer requests as agreed with the line manager
·
Make recommendations for system or operational improvement. Coordinate and support system updates. Prepare and circulate weekly updates on system performance and Inbound/Outbound activity
·
Attend operational meetings as required including daily operations and weekly contract. Attend project meetings and organise personal actions as required
What you'll bring:
·
Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office applications
·
Detailed knowledge of Ciel-FW system (Essential)
·
Ability to interpret data
·
Experience of working within an FMCG and parcel environment; Health & Safety legislation
·
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – at all levels
·
Customer orientated, effective problem solver, organised and pro-active
·
Considers and validates facts before making decisions
·
Good attention to detail and a methodical thinker
