Your tasks and responsibilities
Part of the Procurement team, responsible for company cars management.
Your skills and experience
Tasks andresponsibilities:
· Maintain electronic database to organize fleet as per various schedules and requests
· Monitor and ensure fleet operation in compliance with organizational rules and regulations
· Plan, process and execute new car orders
· Coordinate the replacement of existing fleet
· Coordinate and monitor the maintenance/repair of company cars
· Negotiation of cost and contract terms/conditions with lease companies
· Review and control of car service contracts
· Review and update car fleet related policies
· Guidance to contracted car users; delivering high level of customer service
Skills and experience:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position
· Fluent English is a must
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· Detail oriented and strong work ethic
· Ambitious and open for future development
