The Elite will focus on sales operation system as the super user and sales marketing analysis + marketing projects coordination/initiation.
The main jobs are listed as below but no limited:
• Sales customer relatioshiop system (CRM) Super User & SPMS(Sales Performance Management System) coorninator
• Control of Sales Incentive Plan (SIP)
• Prepare and implement cluster marketing plan
• Conduct market & industry research to support business development
• Support department manager to manage the team

Your tasks and responsibilities

·  (CRM) Super User & SPMS(Sales Performance Management System):
- Responsible for the training and introduction to sales team members
- Keep the team well informed about the latest system updates
- Manage the system updates
- Other relevant tasks/assignments as per management instructions
·  Marketing Plan, Market Research, and other Marketing Activities of Taiwan Cluster
- Align with Regional Marketing Department to prepare and implement marketing plan
- Perform research and prepare report on various topics of marketing and industry upon request of management
- Collect and analyze related market information for manager and Sales Team's reference
- Update company's Taiwan website
·  Support on Sales Management:
- Prepare weekly / monthly report/analysis per request of manager

Your skills and experience

·  Degree requirement: University Degree w/Business or Mkting Major but no limited.
·  Related Experience: Ideally, you should have related experience such with focus on sales/marketing of international co. for 3-5yrs. If you ever worked at a large forwarding or logistics company will be a plus but no limited. You possess good multi-tasking skills and have the ambition and passion for our industry. ·  Language: Fluent Level of English.
·  Skills: Good communication skills with internal and external customers, can deal with various software packages. Good to deal w/numbers + Excel (V-look up / Pivot).
·  Personal Traits: Detail-oriented, self motivated with a positive attitude, good time management, high energy and stress tolerance and work efficiency.
