As the central point of contact for the global air cargo freight organization based in Hamburg, you will support our customers by providing, developing and optimizing a meaningful reporting system. For the implementation of your tasks, you act as the interface of our business units.

Your tasks and responsibilities

·  As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you are responsible for developing and optimizing existing as well as designing and implementing new Business intelligence solutions. Standard evaluations as well as ad-hoc and recipient-oriented ad-hoc queries are prepared and carried out by you.
·  You work together with the IT department to further develop the data warehouse and ensure timely data availability and improved data quality.
·  You would take care of global user administration to ensure optimal and smooth use of the reporting system
·  You also undertake the creation and updating of specification and Training documentation

Your skills and experience

·  You have completed business education or economics degree; you have already gained first professional experience in business intelligence and data warehouse area
·  Good user knowledge of relevant analytics tools (BusinessObjects, Tableau, etc.) are desirable
·  You are looking forward to working with numbers paired with a high sense of responsibility and quality awareness
·  You have strong analytical, conceptual and organizational skills
·  From a personal point of view, you will score with your team spirit, independence, resilience and communication skills
·  You have excellent in spoken and written English, German language is a plus
