In charge to developing + diversifying business so that income increases, guaranteeing the future growth of the organization for specific products (LCL, Reefer, ISC, Commodities, et cetera)
Your Role* Developing growth strategies + plans for your product; ultimately increasing your client base. * Researching business opportunities + viable income streams, writing business proposals + ensuring that the correct pricing is available to profitably grow the business in collaboration with our Pricing team. * Supporting sales during sales calls + creating customer specific value propositions. * Following industry trends locally + internationally to identify + map business strengths + customer needs. * Reporting on successes + areas needing improvement.
* To develop + maintain a pipeline, covering both locally + overseas controlled business.
* To help drive the field sales + key account management teams, supporting with your knowledge of the reefer+ Pharma market, as well as reefer equipment capabilities.
*To work closely with reefer dedicated teams in the Customer Care (CCL) + Operational Care locations (OCC) to ensure operational handling meets the customers’ requirements.
* To conduct market research + align findings to further define a local product strategy.
* To closely coordinate with overseas colleagues on sales leads that deliver mutual benefits.
* To review + recommend where our product can differentiate through local value added services.
Your Skills and Experiences
* Minimum 3-5 years experience in similar position
* Bachelor Degree in Business; Marketing; Economics; or Logisitics
* MS Office and reporting
* Good command in English
