Job description

Key tasks

- Responsible for implementing and executing all revenue generating activities/ opportunities;
- Ensure target is being achieved every quarter;
- Attend major functions i.e. trade shows, networking and promotional events to increase marketing opportunities;
- Monitor assigned competitor/s and provide regular feedback;
- Disseminate market intelligence related information to Sales & other departments as appropriate and as timely;
- Attend all related meetings as required; and
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients, heartist and suppliers.

Essential and optional requirements

- At least 3 years in business development experience preferably in a luxury/upscale market setting;
- Strong contacts within regional and international Business and Sales teams;
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication skills at all levels, good presentation and curious, socially articulate in a business sense;
- Open mind and Dynamic;
- Experience in a luxury setting is an advantage; and
- Ability to communicate in English and Chinese.
