Job Description
To provide support to the Greene King Contract Management teams on a wide range of Generalist HR.
Your tasks and responsibilities
· To ensure that all matters relating to Human Resources are at all times are conducted in accordance with legislative requirements, Company procedures and any recognized local agreements that are in place within the Spirit Contract.
· To work with UK HR Teams to ensure that all record systems and documentation are accurate, up-to-date and processed within the requisite timescales.
· To provide guidance and support in recruitment processes, to ensure that the most appropriate candidates are selected and retained, using robust recruitment methods and tools.
· To ensure that all matters relating to discipline and grievances are handled in accordance with both legislative and Company requirements, and to participate in the management of such matters as appropriate, recognizing the potential need for commerciality in certain cases.
· To support the operation of the Company's performance management and development processes, and to liaise with the People and Development to ensure that training requirements are fulfilled.
· To support talent & succession planning activity
· To support HR projects.
· To support with the design and Implementation of the Contract People Plans and HR strategy.
Your skills and experience
· CIPD Qualified or equivalent
· Supporting/Leading Projects
· Employee and Industrial Relations experience
· Coaching Mindset
· Business/Commercial acumen obtained within an Operational environment.
· Excellent communication skills
· PC literate (Power Point, Microsoft Word and Excel)
· Good Presentation Skills
