Your RoleIn this role you will support our Senior Vice President Road Logistics with office and project organisations.
- Office organisation, time and appointment management, in particular preparation and follow-up of internal and external appointments, including documentation
- Preparation of presentations and reports
- Organisation of events and meetings
- Knowledge of project organisation, planning and documentation is desirable
Your Skills and Experiences
- Completed commercial or comparable professional training
- Sound professional experience as an assistant in upper management, industry experience desirable
- Knowledge of cost accounting/bookkeeping desirable
- Professional, engaging and friendly appearance
- Strong communication skills, flexibility and organisational talent
- Independent and careful way of working even in hectic situations
- Communication skills in English and German. Additional language skills such as Spanish or French desirable
- High user competence with Office IT (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe PDF)
