Assistant Manager Accounts Payable

Drive the strategy of KN+Next Gen in Asia Pacific.

Your Role

Responsible for overseeing accounts payable, ensuring the Company financial obligations are met in an efficient and timely manner and ensuring that debt payment will only be made to eligible creditors in the correct amount.

Your Responsibilities

·  Ensure that all 3rd party incoming invoices and credit notes are registered into internal system, approved
by operations in timely manner before the payment to be processed as scheduled.
·  Perform reconciliation on supplier's statement of pending invoices (SOA) before payment to be made.
·  Coordinate closely with operations and the Company's shared service to ensure smooth operations on a day-to-day basis
·  Monitor refundable deposits to ensure that Ensure that deposits will be refunded in full after the termination of contracts.
·  Study and standardize procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates, and workflow.
·  Provide information and documents for internal & external annual audit.
·  Record entertainment & traveling expenses and prepare monthly entertainment report to Management

Your Skills and Experiences

·  Thai Nationality
·  Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or related field
·  At least 2-5 years’ experience in Finance and Taxation
·  Ability to develop manual and computerized
·  Accounting & financial systems
·  Good command of English
