Job Title: Apprentice Transport Planner

What we're looking for:

The main purpose of the Transport Planner Operator is to work as a part of the team to ensure that all planning and operational tasks for the collection and delivery operation are supported for the department.

What you'll do:

·  Administer vehicle runs on the Transport Management System (TMS)

·  Invoice to Branches/Customers ensuring all revenue is captured

·  Scanning proof of deliveries to the TMS

·  Deal with customer, partner and driver queries

·  Debrief of drivers ensuring all delivery notes are correctly signed, printed, dated

·  Train to understand all driver hours' rules and regulations

·  Train to understand QSHE requirements in a Transport Operation

·  Provision of holiday cover in the operation

·  Ability to acquire, analyse, share and use knowledge
